A Sustainable Vancouver Printing Company
A purchase order is a buyer-generated document that authorizes a purchase transaction. When accepted by the seller, it becomes a contract binding on both parties. A purchase order sets forth the descriptions, quantities, prices, discounts, payment terms, date of performance or shipment, other associated terms and conditions, and identifies a specific seller.
Purchase order business forms can be printed digitally or offset. Often times, they are printed with consecutive numbers in the top corner. You can also choose to print multi part purchase orders. These are printed on carbonless form stock and allow the writing on the form to transfer through all 2 parts, 3 parts, 4 parts, or 5 parts. You can fill the purchase orders out manually or you could use a purchase order printer (i.e. a laser printer or dot matrix).
You can create custom purchase order forms by including your company name, address, and logo at the top. If you have artwork prepared, click the “Request a Quote” button to get started. If you do not and would like a free template to design your custom purchase order carbonless form, click the “Purchase Order Template” button.
